In late March the Microsoft Tech Summit arrived in Copenhagen, Denmark – the largest city in Scandanavia and a local hub for culture, tech, and design.
Thousands of eager attendees packed into the beautiful Comwell Conference Center to learn about Microsoft’s cloud products and get free training on Azure, Office 365, and Windows. Breakfast was served before the keynote and attendees mingled and explore the Expo Hall. The Microsoft Tech Community was here and giving away power banks to the first 100 attendees to register onsite. They were gone before the keynote started.
A packed house in attendance to see a special keynote from Brad Anderson, Corporate Vice President of Enterprise Cloud and Mobility.

Attendees then headed to breakout sessions to hear about the latest news, solutions, and roadmap for Microsoft products. They also had the opportunity to participate in instructor-led labs, connect with event sponsors, collect swag, and get answers directly from Microsoft employees, MVPs, and speakers at the “Ask the Expert” happy hour after the first day of breakouts. Attendees have access to the labs for 30 days after the event.
Anyone can access the sessions, watch the video recordings, and download the PowerPoint slides at http://aka.ms/community/techsummits, but attendees get to rub elbows with speakers like @Dan Holme, Director of Product Marketing for SharePoint.
We had a busy week at the booth as well, adding more than 500 members to the community and chatting with hundreds of passionate attendees.
Thanks for a wonderful week Copenhagen!
